Terms of Use — Hopper Haul

These terms are an agreement between you and Dayarc LLC, an Indiana limited liability company ("we", "us"), for your use of the Hopper Haul game (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.

1. Who can play

The Game is intended for players 13 and older. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you, and that they approve any purchase you make.

2. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Game, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms. You may not interfere with the Game's ads, purchases, or normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. In-game coins have no real value

Coins, upgrades, areas, and other progress in the Game are part of the game only. **They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or exchanged for money, and can't be transferred.** You don't own them. They may be lost if you press Reset, clear the app's data, uninstall the Game, or change devices, and we can't restore them, because your progress is stored only on your device.

4. Remove Ads purchase

Remove Ads is a one-time purchase through Google Play. It turns off the ad breaks shown between areas and after each full cycle. It does not remove the optional coin-boost video, which you choose to watch. The purchase is tied to your Google account and is restored automatically on reinstall or a new device signed in to the same account. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's terms and refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may turn ads back on.

5. Ads

The Game is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties. We don't control their content and aren't responsible for third-party products, services, or websites they link to. See the Privacy Policy for how ad-related information is handled.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change, or stop offering the Game, or any feature of it, at any time. We aren't required to keep supporting any device or Android version.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved progress will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, **Dayarc LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages**, or for any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from your use of the Game. **Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim, or US $5, whichever is greater.** Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep playing after a change, the updated terms apply.
