1. The short version

Hopper Haul is a single-player game. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no chat. **We (Dayarc LLC) do not run any servers for this game and do not receive your personal information.** Your game progress is saved only on your phone.

The game shows ads, and those ads are provided by Google AdMob. Google's advertising software inside the app collects some information from your device, as described in section 4. That is the only way information leaves your device because of this game.

2. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Hopper Haul app for Android, published on Google Play by Dayarc LLC. It applies to everyone who installs or plays it.

3. Information stored on your phone only

InformationWhyWhere it lives
Game progress (coins, area reached, upgrade levels, sound setting, boost timer)So you can pick up where you left offThe app's private storage on your phone
Whether you bought Remove AdsSo the ad breaks stay offYour phone, and re-checked with Google Play (section 5)

We never receive this information. Android's own backup feature may include it in your device backup if you have backup turned on in your phone's settings. That backup is run by Google under your Google account and its settings, not by us.

You can erase your progress at any time with Reset in the game (tap it twice), by clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or by uninstalling the app.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads at set points: after some area gates, after each full cycle of ore colors, and an optional video you can choose to watch for a coin boost. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform (the consent screen).

According to Google, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares the following from your device, for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention:

Google says this data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Google uses it to show ads, to measure ad performance, and to detect fraud. Depending on your choices and where you live, the ads may be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites.

We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. We only see summary reports from AdMob, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned.

Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's own policies:

Your ad choices

5. In-app purchase (Remove Ads)

You can buy Remove Ads through Google Play. Google Play handles the entire payment. We never see your name, card number, billing address, or other payment details. The app receives only a confirmation from Google Play that the purchase was made. It uses that confirmation, on your phone, to turn the ad breaks off and to restore the purchase if you reinstall the game or move to a new phone with the same Google account. Payments are governed by the Google Payments terms and Google Privacy Policy.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies.

6. What the game does NOT do

7. Children

Hopper Haul is not directed to children under 13, and it is listed on Google Play for ages 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not receive personal information from any player. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used the app, contact us and we will help you with the steps in section 4 and section 3 (resetting the advertising ID, clearing the app's data, or uninstalling it).

8. How long information is kept

9. Your privacy rights

Because we do not hold your personal information, most requests can be handled directly on your phone, using the steps in sections 3 and 4. You can still contact us at any time, and we will respond within the time the law requires (normally within 30 days, and within 45 days for U.S. state-law requests).

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Personalized advertising is based on your consent, which you can withdraw in the game (Privacy, then Ad privacy choices). Non-personalized advertising, ad measurement, and fraud prevention are based on our legitimate interest in funding a free game and keeping ads honest. Data collected by Google's advertising software may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries, under the safeguards Google provides. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other U.S. states with privacy laws. You have the right to know what personal information is collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. Under some of these laws, letting an advertising partner collect device identifiers to show personalized ads may count as "sharing" even though no money changes hands. You can opt out in the game (Privacy, then Ad privacy choices, where shown), by turning off ad personalization on your phone (section 4), or by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

Categories, for state-law disclosure: identifiers (advertising ID, app set ID, IP address); internet or electronic activity (interactions with the app and its ads); and approximate location derived from IP address. Source: your device, through Google's advertising software. Purpose: advertising, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. Recipient: Google.

10. Security

Game data is kept in Android's private per-app storage, protected by the operating system and your phone's screen lock. Google says the data its advertising software collects is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same address with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will also note it in the game's Google Play listing. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated policy applies.
